What you'd actually do

  1. Partners and collaborates with product, architecture, security and operations teams prioritize reliability and embed best practices across the software development lifecycle to improve operations across the Loan Origination environment.
  2. Lead and develop resilient software solutions that improve reliability, scalability and system performance of the Loan Origination System (LOS).
  3. Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture.
  4. Develops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
  5. Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies
