This role focuses on leveraging Docusign's AI-powered Intelligent Agreement Management platform to solve complex customer business problems within the Public Sector/Federal Enterprise. The Lead Solution Consultant will translate customer requirements into solutions using Docusign's platform, illustrate value, and drive sales pipeline through demonstrations and proposals. While the company utilizes AI, the core function of this role is solution consulting and sales support, not direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotas
  2. Build and lead a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts into a geographic territory or within the core verticals
  3. Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and products demonstrations, by phone and via online demo
  4. Develop and negotiate enterprise level proposals and contracts
  5. Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements accurately through proper use of sales tools

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales/Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering
  • supporting Federal or Public Sector accounts
  • Federal security standards, including FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels (IL4/IL5), FIPS 140-2, and Section 508 accessibility requirements
  • architect solutions within a cloud environment
  • business process mapping
  • Docusign platform integration with agency systems via APIs and webhooks
  • undergo a background investigation and obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance
