Lead Solution Engineer

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Solution Engineer to present and demonstrate Salesforce's AI+Data+CRM product offerings to prospects and clients, focusing on how solutions address business challenges and technical objections within the sales cycle. The role involves understanding customer needs, crafting customized demos, responding to RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, and achieving sales objectives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Understand customer needs and position Salesforce solutions as the preferred choice to address and solve those challenges.
  2. Create and deliver innovative, customised demos of Salesforce products to convince mid- to senior-management decision-makers across business and IT.
  3. Respond effectively to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs to progress Salesforce in the bidding process.
  4. Participate in ongoing product, sales, and procedural training to stay up-to-date and Salesforce-certified.
  5. Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management.

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or an industry-related background
  • Understanding the business requirements of customers Commercial Business segment
  • Ability to decipher unique business requirements and present compelling solutions in the language of the customer, both IT and business.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player.
  • Self-starter with effective time and priority management skills.
