  1. Dynamics 365 Sales/Service、およびCopilot・AIエージェントを活用し、Agentic CRMとしての業務変革シナリオを設計・提案
  2. 営業と連携し、案件戦略の策定および推進をリード(アカウントプラン/攻略戦略)
  3. Dynamics 365 Sales/Service、Power Platform、Copilot、Azure等を組み合わせた統合アーキテクチャの設計
  4. 顧客業務に即したカスタマイズデモの設計・実施
  5. パートナーとの役割分担およびスケール戦略の設計

Skills

Required

  • CRM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) business understanding and practical experience
  • Ability to translate customer challenges into business processes and propose scenario-based solutions
  • Pre-sales skills (proposal, demo, storytelling) - ability to construct business transformation stories using Agents
  • Executive communication skills to convey business value and transformation significance to CxOs, business departments, and IT departments
  • Ability to drive deals by collaborating with sales and internal/external stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Technical support proposal experience for Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or implementation projects
  • Experience with demos, PoCs, and proposal activities (based on customer business)
  • Experience with large enterprise deals
