Salesforce is seeking a Lead Solution Engineer for Business Services to act as a trusted advisor, supporting sales teams by translating business objectives into compelling technical solutions and customized demos. This role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating Salesforce's AI+Data+CRM platform, and coordinating with various specialists to drive customer success in the agentic era.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the account teams with technical sand sales skills
  2. Own the technical solution and orchestrate the various solutions specialists across the sales lifecycle
  3. Proven ability to bring innovative solutions to life for customers
  4. Willingness to learn and adopt new technology such as Agentforce
  5. Support Marketing and events to drive pipeline and the industry understanding on the Salesforce industry capabilities

Required

  • Strong understanding of Business Fundamentals and how Salesforce can support business capabilities
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the value and benefits that Salesforce can provide to customers
  • Ability to build and configure demonstration on the platform
  • Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies and delivering increased success to their customers.
  • Track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success for an enterprise software solution organization.
  • Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to tackle problems in dynamic, energizing environments.
  • Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
  • Good at explaining ideas and finding ways to keep people’s attention.
