What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
  2. Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis and solution optioning, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
  3. Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for analysis and documentation across the team, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
  4. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
  5. Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
  • Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects

Nice to have

  • Experience working in Agile delivery models (Scrum and Kanban) and coordinating cross-team delivery at scale, including multi-team planning, release coordination, and dependency management.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methods and comfort leveraging workflow, case management, and reporting tools to drive transparency, standardization, and measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Program and product operations certifications (for example, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar) are preferred.
