This role is for a Lead Solutions Architect focused on building and enabling global system integrator (GSI) partners. The primary responsibilities include acting as a technical relationship owner, designing and delivering technical enablement, facilitating demo and sandbox environments, collaborating on joint go-to-market strategies, and advocating for partner needs internally. You’ll convert partner architects and consultants into Klaviyo experts.
  2. Empower partners to showcase the full power of Klaviyo. You will facilitate and guide the creation of specialized partner environments, providing them with the accounts, tooling, and technical guidance to deliver high-impact demos, sandboxes, and custom Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  3. Collaborate with the Partnerships team to build technical "blueprints," reference architectures, and co-branded solution packages that enable partners to take Klaviyo to market within their existing portfolios.
  4. Immerse yourself in the RFP process with partners to identify and qualify good-fit accounts. Develop strategies and assets to shape and accelerate RFPs, ensuring Klaviyo and our partners are positioned to win.
  5. Build consultative, trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical leads. You will serve as a technical advisor, helping them understand how Klaviyo drives value and transformation for their clients.
