Lead Solutions Consultant for the Retail segment, focusing on pre-sales opportunities and acting as a trusted advisor to prospective customers. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead complex pre-sales opportunities
  2. Own the technical sales motion for a set of Retail accounts, from discovery through clos
  3. Run structured discovery to uncover customer goals, constraints, and success criteria, then map them to a clear Braze solution
  4. Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep dives tailored to both business and technical audiences
  5. Design and support technical validations and POVs that build customer confidence in Braze capabilities

  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Ability to present confidently to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Comfortable leading complex sales cycles

  • Domain knowledge in two or more of the following: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, Data and Architecture, Security and Compliance, or Programming (including HTML)
  • Interested in mentoring others
