Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leading the analysis and revision of system set-up and documentation for advanced business information systems to solve complex issues
- Crafting comprehensive specifications for system enhancements and new program development based on thorough business and user needs analysis
- Translating detailed business requirements into system requirement specifications, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities
- Forecasting the impacts of system changes on interconnected computer systems, providing in-depth assessments to stakeholders
- Performing critical evaluations of proposals, including cost, time, and resource analysis, to guide executive decision-making
- Serving as a key liaison between clients, IT teams, and software vendors, facilitating sophisticated system solution development
- Defining and track success metrics for new systems or processes, establishing robust monitoring and measurement plans
- Guaranteeing the integrity and quality of data across diverse application implementations within the organization
- Leading and directing complex projects with minimal guidance, setting strategic priorities and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
