This role is for a Lead, Specialist SE at Salesforce, focusing on delivering embedded product demonstrations and providing pre-sales technical support for complex application and systems integration. What you'd actually do

  1. Work with prospect’s data to deliver world-class embedded product demonstration
  2. Provide embedding/API support and skills on strategic proof of concepts
  3. Support all strategic deals involving complex application and systems integration
  4. Drive all aspects of successful proof of concepts from requirements and design to delivery
  5. Provide strategic pre-sales support for sales activities including identifying customer needs, implementation reviews, product demonstrations and other general sales support

Skills

Required

  • 2 or more years of experience as a Solution Engineer/Architect or a Software Engineer
  • 2 or more years of experience with Business Intelligence
  • Experience with programming & web development a strong plus
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud architecture
  • Proficiency in writing code in a few modern programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Go, .Net, Java, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, and RESTful APIs is helpful
  • Roots in computer science, with a deep understanding of the power of business intelligence, databases, data analysis tools, and most importantly solutions building
