Salesforce is seeking a Lead, Specialist SE for Slack to partner with Account Executives, drive complex deal cycles, and build solutions that revolutionize customer collaboration. The role involves leading discovery, delivering impactful presentations, designing Slack-based solutions, and ensuring customer understanding of security. This position also acts as a liaison between Product, Marketing, and Sales, contributing customer feedback to the product roadmap. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales engineering experience in SaaS, excellent communication and presentation skills, a consultative approach, and familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Account Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across diverse customers to solve mission-critical business problems
  2. Drive the discovery process, helping to uncover your customer’s current pains and align to their business objectives
  3. Prepare and deliver high impact presentations and demonstrations that tell Slack's differentiated story
  4. Partner with customers to design Slack based solutions that drive value and significant business impact
  5. Ensure that customers understand and are comfortable with how Slack protects organizations with its industry-leading security program

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Consultative approach to solving customer business challenges
  • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Fluent in English
