The Lead – Strategy, Business Insights & Transformation role at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Thailand focuses on refreshing business strategy and executing transformation initiatives. What you'd actually do

  1. Refresh Thailand’s business strategy and lead transformation initiatives aligned with regional priorities, focused on Innovative Medicine pipeline, leveraging internal asets to plan the IM Thailand product portfolio
  2. Scan external environment for market trends, policy changes, and competitor strategies; leverage insights from IQVIA and other sources to identify growth opportunities
  3. Collaborate with leadership teams to craft and implement strategic plans, define workstreams, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  4. Lead local and TA cluster BI&A strategy to generate actionable insights through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and market research.
  5. Identify opportunities and risks, enhance analytical tools, and embed insights into decision-making processes.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, science or equivalent
  • Graduate or post graduate qualification in management
  • Diverse experience in multiple roles, different therapeutic areas, business planning and commercial
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel with deep experience in complex Excel models and large data sets
  • Advanced skills in Power point and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across functional areas and markets
  • Self-starter mindset

Nice to have

  • minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical industry preferred
