Lead Subcontracts Administrator (gps)

This role is for a Lead Subcontracts Administrator with experience in Federal Acquisition Regulations and commercial contracting principles. The primary responsibilities include managing a portfolio of subcontracts, advising account teams on contract administration matters, performing strategic subcontract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies. The role involves reviewing and analyzing subcontracts, compiling data, and maintaining historical information.

What you'd actually do

  1. Guides and coordinates proposals and award activities for assigned subcontracts. Provides guidance to internal teams for all phases of the subcontract lifecycle.
  2. Independently reviews complex subcontract actions in all phases of the subcontract life cycle. Develops and implements tactical action plans to address risks and opportunities. Supports the development, review, and negotiation of subcontracts, modifications, subcontractor NDA, and teaming agreements consistent with company policies.
  3. Responsible for compliance and accuracy of subcontracts administration for assigned portfolio. Reviews Federal solicitations and supports Subcontractor Requests for Proposals. Prepares documentation for Deloitte proposals in response to Subcontractor pricing, narratives, and consent requirements.
  4. Monitors assigned subcontracts portfolios, including pipeline and contract performance, to find risk areas and opportunities. Seeks to maximize revenue creation and retention.
  5. Manages individual workload to meet project deadlines on time and in compliance. Completes accurate deliverables for both internal and external clients.
