What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines, manage resource scheduling, and provide regular progress updates on project status
  2. Conduct thorough job analyses, including interviews, observations, and job analysis questionnaire development, as part of larger assessment development and validation projects
  3. Lead and support the development of assessments for various hourly and salaried roles, employing classical test theory (CTT) and item response theory (IRT) methodologies to ensure the quality, validity, and fairness of assessments
  4. Train recruiters and hiring managers on assessments and their use and troubleshoot the assessments and their integrations
  5. Prepare technical documentation that meets legal standards and adheres to the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures

Skills

Required

  • Master's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in database management, programming, statistical modeling and/or machine learning (SQL, R, Python, JMP, SPSS, SAS, etc.)

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field and 12+ years of experience with assessment development or Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and 7+ years of experience with assessment development
  • 5+ years of experience implementing pre-hire assessments from within large organizations
  • 5+ years of experience communicating technical results to non-technical audiences
  • Experience writing technical documentation that aligns with relevant legal and professional standards, including EEOC and OFCCP guidelines
