Lead Talent Management Partner at Rivian responsible for owning the strategy, design, and execution of company-wide Talent Management programs, including Performance and Internal Mobility. This role requires experience in HR, Talent Management, or People Analytics, with a focus on tech-enabling programs using Workday and strong analytical skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the coordination, communication, and execution of annual and mid-year Performance Management cycles.
  2. Drive and facilitate effective Performance Calibration sessions across different business units, ensuring consistency, fairness, and transparency in talent assessments.
  3. Drive and implement initiatives for short-cycle feedback mechanisms, ensuring managers and employees are equipped to utilize continuous feedback for real-time development.
  4. Provide guidance and support to teams and managers on effective Goal Setting methodologies, with a particular emphasis on knowledge of KPIs/OKR and SMART frameworks.
  5. Lead the coordination, communication, and execution of cyclical and ad hoc Career Mobility cycles.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, People Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage and drive complex, company-wide Performance Management cycles.
  • Applied, recent experience tech-enabling Talent Management programs with Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives and actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical problem-solver who can diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.

Nice to have

  • Solid understanding of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology and its application in goal setting.
  • Experience facilitating Performance Calibration discussions.
