Lead Tech Delivery Manager for a Finance Transformation Program at Disney, focusing on project execution, launch readiness, and coordination of technical and business milestones. This is an estimated 20-month project hire position.

What you'd actually do

  1. This position will play a leadership role during command centers and hypercare for 100+ individuals for a given project.
  2. Understand and uses high-quality, scalable and cost-effective technology solutions that meet global business requirements and conform to architectural designs and technology strategies.
  3. Partners to create and handle technical roadmaps and helps set and lead technology strategy.
  4. Technical decisions for complex development scenarios requiring transformation from existing processes.
  5. Own/facilitate the scrum ceremonies.
