Lead Technical Consulting Engineer

This role is a Lead Technical Consulting Engineer focused on troubleshooting customer-impacting wireless network issues and providing outage and incident triage. It acts as a bridge between various internal teams and external stakeholders, providing advanced technical guidance, client and sales support, reporting, event management, and program/change management for the network organization in the Pacific Northwest.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide advanced technical guidance and resolve complex issues for wireless engineering or technical challenges.
  2. Serve as the front-line technical interface for troubleshooting customer-impacting wireless network issues
  3. Coordinate root cause analysis across cross-functional teams
  4. Provide expert technical consultation to support the successful deployment and utilization of network solutions
  5. Act as a key advisor to clients and sales teams, addressing technical challenges and assisting with presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.

Skills

Required

  • Demonstrated experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) engineering and mobile network architecture
  • ability to diagnose and identify root causes of wireless network issues
