Lead Technical Program Manager with scrum experience to drive platform strategy for Mastercard's Decision Management Platform, focusing on industry-leading solutions for fighting payments fraud, customer experience, low latency, high volume, and high availability software solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for planning, monitoring, executing and implementing the programs release strategy
  2. Assist in developing long-range plans and strategies to achieve business growth
  3. Provide technical and advisory support for staff to ensure the implementation of applications/infrastructure
  4. Ensure a successful delivery, which will include: Planning release lifecycle, Version control management, Build and Development control management, Change management, Risk Management
  5. Provide leadership and oversight on multiple projects of a complex nature

Skills

Required

  • Advanced knowledge of project management or software releases
  • Experience in a scrum master role
  • Familiarity with software development, technical terms and general concepts (especially experience with UX, API's & Microservices)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Advanced listening, oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and accountability
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Experience with Confluence, Rally or JIRA, Microsoft Project & Excel
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

Nice to have

  • knowledge of MasterCard or the payments industry
  • SAFe 4/5 certification
