Lead Technical Program Manager for Identity and Access Management (IAM) at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on delivering complex technology projects, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and policy requirements. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team IAM initiatives with clear scope, milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
  2. Partner with Product and Delivery teams to assure the translation of requirements into product and engineering roadmaps; prioritize to deliver predictable, high-impact results.
  3. Identify, assess, and facilitate the mitigation of delivery risks.
  4. Establish program governance and execution rigor (RAID management, dependency mapping, steering forums, escalation paths, decision logs etc.).
  5. Ensure IAM programs are delivered with regulatory and policy adherence through embedding compliance-by-design, privacy-by-design, and least-privilege principles.

Skills

Required

  • 5 + years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable and enhance shared pools of applications and services
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
  • Technology control management or information security experience with emphasis on control assessment, mitigation, and control design/effectiveness.
  • Program delivery experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
  • Executive communication: ability to translate Program Risk into business terms for senior leaders and inform strategic decisions.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience with public cloud services and controls (e.g., IAM, identity federation, RBAC, secrets management).
  • Hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, including privileged access management concepts and tooling.
  • Experience operating in highly regulated industries, applying standards and best practices.
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to leverage emerging AI technologies and tools to aid in the efficient delivery across a programs lifecycle.
