Lead Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure Platforms at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on organizational change management for technology projects. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
  2. Design, implement, and embed innovative change management strategies and frameworks that align with our vision, business priorities, and the needs of a diverse, global workforce
  3. Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements
  4. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
  5. Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in organizational change / technical program management, leading complex projects and programs in a large organization
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Skilled in designing and leading workshops, working groups, and interventions that spark engagement and action
  • Deep experience leading large-scale change and transformation in complex, global organizations
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations
  • Ability to think at large-enterprise scope level, connect the dots, and design innovative solutions that drive real impact
  • Understand how to inspire and enable senior leaders to be visible, active champions of change
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to engage, influence, and inspire at all levels
