What you'd actually do

  1. Lead UX portfolio management practices, including prioritization, dependency management, and investment alignment
  2. Drive capacity modeling, resource forecasting and org sizing to balance demand and capacity
  3. Lead adoption of tools, processes, and AI-enabled capabilities that strengthen portfolio visibility and decision-making
  4. Define and operationalize portfolio health metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking
  5. Analyze trends and portfolio data to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across teams and initiatives

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in design operations, portfolio management, business management, or related roles in digital product organizations
  • Expertise in portfolio management disciplines, including capacity planning, prioritization, and investment alignment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into action
  • Experience designing scalable operating models, planning frameworks, and governance structures
  • Proven ability to define metrics, assess impact, and evaluate organizational and investment effectiveness
  • Systems thinker with fluency across tools and the ability to connect data across an ecosystem
  • Excellent communicator who can distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives for leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across a large, complex organization and drive alignment across stakeholders
