Lead Product Researcher for Target's Enterprise UX Team, focusing on B2B vendor tools. This role involves leading the research project lifecycle, conducting qualitative research, synthesizing findings, and influencing product development to meet vendor needs and business objectives. The goal is to improve the digital experience for vendors and support efficient workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a leader throughout the research project life cycle – recommending appropriate methodology, scoping, and coordinating the entire process, facilitating in-field research and post-research synthesis through analysis
  2. Provide expert guidance in leading, conducting, and synthesizing qualitative research projects – including, but not limited to: in person moderated testing, remote moderated & unmoderated testing, surveys, journey mapping and persona development, benchmark studies, concept testing, online intercepts and contextual inquiries
  3. Lead synthesis and analysis of research findings – activating the insights gleaned through observations and interviews and identifying key opportunity areas in the context of corporate strategic direction
  4. Use your influence to identify and pursue user-centric outcomes within and across products
  5. Effectively facilitate multiple cross functional working teams and collaborate across multiple design and product teams

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years experience as a product researcher
  • strong portfolio showcasing successful case studies

Nice to have
