Leadership Administrative Partner

This role supports Enterprise Technology leadership by managing calendars, leading special projects, drafting communications, and coordinating logistics. It requires strong organizational skills and experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced tech environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively manage complex, shifting calendars for three executives, identifying and resolving conflicts as they arise.
  2. Lead special projects for the ET org, including space planning, leadership offsites, team socials, and All-Hands logistics.
  3. Partner with teammates and EA peers to make the org successful including draft decks, reports, and team-wide emails with an eye for design and a "pulse" on the organization’s tone.
  4. Attend key leadership meetings to capture decisions and action items to drive accountability and follow-through for key initiatives.
  5. Coordinate travel arrangements and create expense reports in a timely manner.
