GEICO is seeking recent college graduates for their Leadership Development Program (LDP) to train future managers in the insurance industry. The program focuses on developing leadership skills, providing hands-on experience in managing teams, and understanding GEICO's business operations. This role is not directly involved in AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participate in a structured leadership program with comprehensive training on insurance fundamentals, GEICO’s business operations, and team management.
