This role is for a Leadership Programs Manager focused on Experience Optimization within Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.   • 3 years’ experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership development programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, leadership theories, and best practices in training and development
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the impact and investment of training programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS)

Nice to have
