Job Summary
Provides leadership and oversight for projects dedicated to process improvement, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies. Oversees teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitors key performance indicators and leverages data analytics to inform project direction.
- Leads, motivates, and develops team members, promoting a collaborative environment and supporting professional development.
- Manages financial results and communicates progress on objectives; prepares forecasts for future initiatives based on quantifiable enhancements.
- Delivers training and mentorship in Lean and Six Sigma principles and identifies high-impact projects for execution.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related to the field
- Expert Six Sigma Black Belt or Project Management
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office 365.
- English Advanced
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Six Sigma Methodology:
- Selects critical metrics, analyzes performance with statistical tools, investigates quality impacts, solves routine issues, and reports deviations.
Top Candidates also have:
- MBA, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or related to the field
- Certification in 6 Sigma Black Belt
- Advanced knowledge in the Digital Tools MS OFFICE 365 (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI, Data Analytics)
Additional Information:
- Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León Facility.
- Number of Positions: 2
- This position is five-day a week in-office model.
- This position will require travelling up to 10% of working time (Domestic and International).
