What you'd actually do

  1. Apply program and project management principles to manage scope, timeline, resources, and risk throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.
  2. Employing Six Sigma methodology & Lean initiatives to identify improvement opportunities, implement and control process improvements to meet business goals and objectives.
  3. Identify improvement opportunities in the areas of Operational efficiency, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and others including supporting systems and tools.
  4. Identify, lead, manage and control OIA Projects to drive cost savings throughout the Campus.
  5. Develop detailed business cases, communicate and present monthly to senior leadership and stakeholders on the opportunities, recommendations, and implementation plan.
