Learning and Development Manager Emea (fixed-term Contract)

This role is for a Learning and Development Manager in EMEA, focusing on designing, developing, and executing learning programs for managers. The role involves localizing global content, developing scalable learning methodologies, partnering with cross-functional leaders, and leveraging AI tools to enhance learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have L&D experience, strong facilitation skills, and experience in a global, fast-paced environment. While the company is AI-first and the role utilizes AI tools, the core function is in learning and development, not direct AI/ML model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop, facilitate and drive learning and development experiences for managers, including core leadership classes. Drive business critical skills in a safe, fun and inclusive environment.
  2. Localize applicable global training content for an EMEA audience in partnership with the Director, business leaders, People Partners, and Communities team to ensure programs meet and exceed organization’s needs.
  3. Develop scalable methodologies and meaningful programming for in-person, hybrid and remote global learners at all levels (Individual Contributor through Leader).
  4. Partner with core cross-functional leaders and People Partners to coordinate selection and personalized communications that drive engagement within learning and coaching experiences
  5. Strategically coordinate, in partnership with the Director, with external vendors (when required) to maximize curriculum offerings that satisfy business needs for Boxers.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years L&D experience required with direct experience in full-cycle instructional design and facilitation
  • Experience with global, virtual, and in-person learning.
  • Bilingual/Multilingual - Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Excellent employee experience is a top priority
  • Experience with building, leading and scaling high-impact learning experiences for leaders, and the reporting and analysis associated with their success.
  • Program management, execution and operational excellence.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with a bias towards action in the face of ambiguity.
