Learning Architect

Stripe Stripe · Fintech · United States · 6540 Talent Development

Stripe is seeking a Learning Architect to design and build AI-enabled learning ecosystems for employee development. This role involves transforming high-touch programs into scalable digital solutions, architecting AI-driven coaching interfaces, optimizing data infrastructure for content surfacing, and creating tools for the People Development team. The ideal candidate has a blend of pedagogical expertise, product engineering thinking, and experience leveraging AI to scale learning.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a high-touch partner to People Development DRIs (e.g., Manager & Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness), helping them evolve high-touch, facilitated curricula into scalable digital learning ecosystems that meet Stripes in the flow of work.
  2. Lead a review of Stripe’s existing development content to identify opportunities where technology and AI can broaden the reach and impact of flagship programs without losing their signature rigor.
  3. Act as a "Product Manager" for learning, synthesizing diverse inputs from PD experts into a cohesive technical roadmap that aligns with Stripe’s talent & development strategy.
  4. Lead the immediate architecture and deployment of AI-driven interfaces that provide context-aware leadership advice and skill-building grounded in Stripe’s unique operating principles and talent philosophy.
  5. Partner with the Ops & Enablement team to build the data "pipes" and knowledge structures that allow our internal content to be surfaced dynamically and reliably.
