  3. Collaborate and consult with business partners to understand needs and ensure learning solutions address critical skill gaps
  4. Promote talent management practices and support the adoption of a skills-based culture aligned to business-relevant development
  5. Measure learning effectiveness, recommend improvements, and provide ongoing support as needed
