Learning & Development Specialist

This role is for a Learning & Development Specialist to support Unity's cultural transformation by designing, creating, and executing learning programs. The specialist will also support the design and build-out of Unity’s Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and lead workshops for diverse audiences.

What you'd actually do

  1. You will partner with colleagues and business stakeholders to design, create and execute learning programs, including leadership development, team effectiveness and interpersonal skills.
  2. You will leverage your strategic thinking to create scalable learning pathways for our business units, including technical teams.
  3. You will support the design and build out of Unity’s Learning Experience Platform (LXP), including creating and updating our content catalogue.
  4. You will lead engaging, interactive workshops and learning sessions (both in-person and virtual) for diverse audiences across multiple locations, from first-time managers to senior executives.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in L&D
  • deep expertise in instructional design or organizational development
  • Highly proficient in design tools and learning platforms (video creation [e.g., Synthesia], Rise, Canva, Sana)
  • deep understanding of adult learning theories
  • Proven experience building end-to-end learning programs in a corporate setting
  • A strong eye for aesthetics and content design
  • Proven experience leading and facilitating workshops for mid-to-senior level management
  • comfortable managing diverse audiences, including first-time managers, "skeptical", high-conflict teams, or cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Previously worked in a SaaS company
  • Project Management experience
  • Previous experience in LXP deployment
