Learning Experience Designer

Lyft is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create and manage educational content for their driver community, focusing on in-app learning experiences. The role involves writing, evaluating, and iterating on content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and advising on learning technology solutions to ensure a high-quality, scalable educational experience for drivers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Write, maintain, and update driver learning content, primarily for our in-app Learning Center.
  2. Consistently evaluate and iterate on content and learning solutions to maintain high quality, strong behavioral and business impact, and scalability.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop both an empathetic and data-driven understanding of drivers, their educational needs, and their barriers to success.
  4. Advise on technological learning solutions—both in-app and off-platform—to ensure drivers receive materials where and when they need them.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert for andragogy, championing new learning approaches and measurement tools to ensure we provide a best-in-class educational experience for drivers.
