Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Learning Experience Lead to design, execute, and optimize learning communications and delivery strategies for their Patient Service Center. This role involves developing communication plans for onboarding and process changes, creating communication materials, supporting training rollouts, coordinating with compliance for Veeva Vault submissions, and improving learner experiences. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in learning experience design or related fields, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Experience with Veeva Vault and AI/technology applications for communications is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for: New hire onboarding curriculums, Training updates and refresher trainings, Process changes and business-critical updates
  2. Create clear, actionable communication materials (announcements, job aids, leader talking points, reinforcement messaging) to support learning initiatives
  3. Lead end-to-end training rollout communication plans aligned to program timelines
  4. Utilize Veeva Vault to submit training deliverables for legal and compliance review
  5. Drive innovative approaches to onboarding and learning experiences to improve engagement and efficiency

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in learning experience design, learning communications, training delivery support, or related roles
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable messaging
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Planner, Asana, Monday.com or similar)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Veeva Vault or similar compliance/approval systems in regulated environments
  • Experience supporting onboarding, training delivery, or learning operations
  • Background in healthcare, life sciences, or contact center environments
  • Experience with AI / technology applications to optimize communications
