What you'd actually do

  1. Independently draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements involving nuanced technical, commercial, data protection, privacy, and intellectual property issues
  2. Drive business outcomes and provide actionable advice to sales leadership, executive management, and other internal stakeholders on a broad range of complex legal, business and strategic issues
  3. Collaborate across organizations including finance, order management, engineering, product, security, global risk and compliance, and more
  4. Contribute to broader team initiatives such as sales enablement, AI agentic development, knowledge management and team playbooks

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of relevant post-law school experience
  • Accredited law degree and a current and active license to practice law in the United States
  • Demonstrated technical understanding and proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including multi-jurisdictional transactions, cloud services, AI use and governance provisions, and related professional services and support
  • Previous work with US and EU privacy and data protection regulations including the EU Data Act, EU DORA, HIPAA, HITECH, CCPA/CPRA, and GDPR

Nice to have

  • Experience providing in-house legal support to companies with business operations on a global scale
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and manage multiple business expectations in a fast paced environment
  • Exposure to complex procurement processes, including US federal, state and local government sales
