Legal Engineer - In-house Emea

Legora Legora · Vertical AI · Stockholm, Sweden · Growth

This role is for a Legal Engineer at Legora, an AI-native legal tech company. The role focuses on helping in-house legal teams maximize the use of Legora's platform, acting as a thought partner, product specialist, and client whisperer. It involves understanding client needs, delivering product demos and training, and providing user feedback to inform product development. The ideal candidate has a background in in-house law or legal operations, is tech-curious, and can translate complex technical concepts to legal professionals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Acting as a thought partner to General Counsels, Legal Operations leaders, and in-house teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across their legal function.
  2. Working together with Go To Market and Customer Success in taking full ownership of client relationships - from running pilots with key business units, to onboarding new team members, and ultimately guiding department-wide adoption across corporate legal teams.
  3. Be the voice of in-house users inside Legora - sharing insights from legal ops teams, commercial lawyers, and compliance functions that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
  4. Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a GC, rolling out to regional teams, or training legal ops professionals.
  5. Documenting best practices from leading legal departments, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally.
