Legal Engineer - Product Specialist, Sydney

Harvey Harvey · AI Frontier · Sydney, Australia · Go to Market

This role is for a Legal Engineer - Product Specialist in Sydney, focusing on integrating Harvey's AI platform into legal workflows for customers in the APAC region. The role involves building customer relationships, leading onboarding and training, developing legal use cases, and providing feedback to Product and Engineering. While the company uses AI, the role itself is customer-facing and product-focused, not directly building AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build trusted relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams by understanding their unique workflows and offering tailored guidance on how to incorporate Harvey’s AI into their daily practice.
  2. Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing enablement programs that drive adoption and maximise the value of Harvey’s platform.
  3. Develop, codify, and scale high-impact legal use cases across key practice areas, partnering with GTM and Product to operationalise them across the customer base.
  4. Act as a strategic partner to Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewal efforts through demonstrated impact and engagement.
  5. Proactively surface obstacles to adoption by engaging users with thoughtful questions and legal empathy, then develop and implement strategies to overcome them.
