This role supports SMB clients in adopting and scaling Legora's AI-native legal workspace. It involves client onboarding, configuration of standard use cases, delivering demos and training, capturing user feedback for product evolution, and documenting best practices. The role requires a blend of legal interest, tech curiosity, strong communication, and analytical skills, with 0-2 years of experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support SMB client onboarding, pilots, and adoption across EMEA—helping clients get to value quickly and confidently.
  2. Configure and run standard use cases end-to-end using templates (e.g. contract review, document analysis, drafting workflows), then refine based on user feedback.
  3. Deliver clear, tailored demos and training to different audiences—from day-to-day users to decision-makers—focusing on why each feature matters, not just how it works.
  4. Capture user insights and translate them into actionable product feedback, helping shape improvements that make the platform more scalable and intuitive.
  5. Document best practices and contribute to playbooks so we can deliver consistently excellent outcomes across a growing SMB client base.

Skills

Required

  • LLB (2:1) or equivalent
  • Some legal work experience (e.g. paralegal, trainee, intern, in-house placement)
  • Tech-curious and product-minded
  • Basic prompt engineering
