Legal Executive Administrator

The role supports the Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting legal requests, tracking OGC items, developing outreach plans, managing case intake, and providing quality control for legal workflow. It involves identifying repeatable tasks and building workflows for consistency and visibility. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with a focus on supporting legal professionals in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret requests for Office of General Counsel (OGC) review activities, statements, and policies.
  2. Track and inform office leadership of ongoing OGC items and provides real-time or near-real-time alerts of legal actions impacting the IC.
  3. Work with client staff to develop outreach and engagement plans and to identify activities that require legal review on behalf of the client.
  4. Intake cases and requests and conducts assessment of the operative skillsets to manage the workflow and assign appropriate Law Clerk/Attorneys and litigation support Paralegals.
  5. Provide quality control and oversight for legal workflow, staff performance, and deliverables.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree OR associate's degree plus 6 years of experience OR high school diploma plus 10 years of experience
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
  • 5+ years professional experience in executive and management support
  • 1+ year of experience providing executive and case support to legal professionals
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams
