The Legal Operations Analyst will support the operational integrity of Legal and Government Affairs (LGA) systems and workflows, focusing on establishing a standardized, data-driven, and AI-enabled operating model. This role involves managing core tools, intake processes, and workflows to ensure consistency, discipline, and scalability.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support day-to-day operational management of Legal systems, including CLM, e-billing/spend platforms, and workflow tools
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for intake, tooling, and workflow issues across LGA
  3. Ensure consistent intake routing, lifecycle hygiene, and metadata discipline
  4. Reinforce adherence to established workflow and governance standards
  5. Identify recurring friction points and propose and support implementation of structured operational improvements

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Legal Operations, contracts administration, legal systems, or business operations in a high-growth environment
  • Experience owning operational workflows within CLM, e-billing, or comparable enterprise systems
  • Strong understanding of workflow discipline, process governance, and cross-functional coordination
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns and recommend process improvements
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and business functions
