This role focuses on establishing a standardized, data-driven, and AI-enabled operating model for the Legal Operations team. It involves designing and implementing enterprise legal workflows, identifying AI use cases within these workflows, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. The role also includes supporting reporting frameworks, maintaining legal systems, and managing day-to-day legal ops workflows, with a focus on AI-enabled processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Legal workflows, intake structures, and metadata standards
  2. Identify and scope structured AI use cases within standardized Legal workflows
  3. Translate Legal and business requirements into clear specifications for technical implementation (in partnership with CoreWeave’s office of CIO and IT teams)
  4. Support the development of reporting frameworks and metrics to improve operational visibility
  5. Manage and execute day-to-day core Legal Ops workflows (intake, lifecycle hygiene, matter/billing setup support), ensuring consistent adoption across LGA verticals

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, legal systems, or business operations within a high-growth environment
  • Experience supporting system implementations, workflow design, or operational governance initiatives
  • Strong understanding of CLM platforms, legal billing/spend tools, workflow systems, and reporting environments
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally on integration or process harmonization initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational data into structured improvements
  • Strong documentation skills; able to institutionalize processes beyond individual execution
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving environments
