This role is for a License Compliance Sales Executive responsible for driving customer compliance engagements, resolving compliance issues, and meeting sales goals within a territory. The executive will work with customers to uncover violations, negotiate settlements, and utilize internal tools for tracking and forecasting. The role requires experience in software sales, understanding of licensing models, and proficiency in CRM tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work through a large Value/volume of license compliance Cases, speaking with customers to uncover compliance issues, ensure customers understand the Intellectual Property or contractual violation at hand, negotiate a resolution and timeline, and agree on a commercial closure
  2. Communicate directly with customers to negotiate a license compliance settlement value and timeline for purchase
  3. Use Autodesk License Compliance analytics tools and databases to investigate License Compliance prospects
  4. Engage customers at the CXO level to gain their cooperation and participation in the License Compliance warning letter or audit process
  5. Demonstrate the ability to deliver unpopular results and messages as well as handle impassioned discussions and negotiations around non-compliance matters
