Licensing & Project Administrator (2-year Contract)

This role is for a Licensing & Project Administrator responsible for developing, preparing, administering, and reviewing procurement approaches and tender documents. It involves assisting with administrative and supportive tasks throughout project processes, managing routine license renewals, and applying for new licenses and permits to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle administrative work independently. Fluency in English and Chinese is also necessary.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist to develop, prepare, administer and review the procurement approach and tender document at pre and post contract stage.
  2. Assist IFP, A&FE and FAM for the administrative and supportive works throughout the project process, including contractor’s submittal and approval process, preparation of report, work schedule, submittal and approval process, handover documentations, etc.
  3. Administer the routine license renewal process to enable LOB’s business.
  4. Assist to apply for new licenses / permits, make necessary amendments and renewals ensuring the operation and enhancement and development projects complying with the current statutory requirements.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of organization
  • Ability in handling routine administrative work independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese

Nice to have
