This role supports the production line by leading associates in their operations and performing administrative activities to achieve manufacturing goals for medical products. It involves electronic batch capture, monitoring results, communicating issues, and ensuring quality and productivity standards are met, adhering to GMP and GDP procedures.

What you'd actually do

  1. Dar soporte en la línea de producción de acuerdo con los requerimientos de manufactura (Liderazgo, comunicación, orientación a la calidad, productividad, etc)
  2. Capturar los lotes de producción electrónicamente y monitorear los resultados según se requiera.
  3. Disponibilidad de cambio de turno, área, supervisor de acuerdo con las necesidades de producción.
  4. Comunicar problemas al equipo de soporte de la línea (Ingenieria, calidad) y ayudar a el equipo de mantenimiento.
  5. Seguimiento y llenado de los reportes de JDE, SAP, MES para mejor control en la producción.
