This role is a foundational, client-facing position within Bank of America's Life Services team, focusing on guiding beneficiaries through the transition of deceased account assets. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with documentation, processing, and research, while also identifying client needs and referring sales opportunities to specialist teams. The role emphasizes client care, relationship building, and providing needs-based solutions within a phone-based contact center environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Taking initial notification calls, assisting with required documentation, and helping guide beneficiaries through the logistics of the transition process.
  2. This will include both inbound and outbound phone calls with clients, as well as document processing and research.
  3. Identifies clients’ needs and find proper solutions to meet those needs by referring sales opportunities to specialist and sales teams
  4. Focuses daily on service to sales with existing Merrill clients
  5. Provides exceptional client care, growing client relationships, and guiding clients with needs-based solutions that will support the financial goals
