Northrop Grumman is seeking a Linux Systems Architect with expertise in ground infrastructure and automation techniques, including Infrastructure as Code and cyber hardening. The role involves designing and implementing automation for classified Linux environments and collaborating with software and systems engineering teams. Requires an active SCI/CI Poly and a security certification.

What you'd actually do

  1. reviewing, understanding and designing automation techniques to address a wide range of infrastructure requirements
  2. understanding of automation for both Infrastructure as Code and cyber hardening/patching
  3. working closely with software and systems engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood and blockers are elevated

  • Linux Operating System
  • Linux functions in yum, ldap, ansible (IAC tools), stig implementation, SELinux, kickstart, dns, dhcp, firewalld, log analysis, managing logical volumes, pki, git, RBAC/HBAC
  • VMWare implementation, migration, and maintenance
