What you'd actually do

  1. Determine and direct a reasoned business strategy in conjunction with leveraging legal opinion from JDF in-house counsel and/or by directing and collaborating with local counsel resulting in cost-effective outcomes
  2. Develop and further strategic relationships with team members, local counsel, dealers, sales personnel, business units, and senior management
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of complex financial situations
  4. Research, incorporate and communicate strategy impacted by equipment fair market value evaluations through JDF Asset Remarketing, John Deere Dealers, or third parties
  5. Review, approve, and sign legal documents (complaints, affidavits, etc.) to be filed in court action supporting matter strategy; review, prepare and approve discovery requests associated with adverse litigation matters
