Live Event Production Lead

This role is responsible for the technical production of live events, broadcasts, and pre-recorded media, including system installation, equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of audiovisual and broadcast infrastructure. It supports corporate communications with technical expertise in audio, video, and encoding operations, and involves administrative support for scheduling and documentation, as well as coordination of AV build-outs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Sets up and operates video, audio, and broadcast systems to support live events, virtual productions, and studio-based communications
  2. Monitors and maintains audiovisual links between remote and on-site locations to ensure consistent signal quality and technical stability
  3. Installs and configures hardware and software for production spaces, including editing environments and post-production systems
  4. Supports technical rehearsals and live shows, performing real-time troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain delivery quality
  5. Collaborates with production teams and vendors to execute pre-production, live, and post-event workflows

  • Broadcast engineering fundamentals (audio/video signal flow, encoding, streaming)
