The Digital Experience & Mechandising team defines and evolves the future of e-commerce strategy and customer experience for our online platforms. We focus on crafting innovative and engaging consumer journeys that drive discovery, consideration, and conversion. Description
This role leads operational planning and project governance for a fast-paced livestream program, ensuring cross-functional initiatives are delivered with seamless execution. This role partners across business, operations, and technical teams to drive seamless delivery of key campaigns, studio operations, and new capabilities, while maintaining oversight on timelines, risks, and resources.
Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of complex, cross-functional e-commerce projects from initiation through delivery Lead and program manage key business initiatives and operational workstreams, including process optimization, vendor selection, and new capability development and facilitate cross-functional alignment across business, operations, and technical teams throughout project lifecycle Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope definition, timeline management, and resource allocation Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions to keep initiatives on track Establish and maintain clear communication channels for project updates, ensuring stakeholder visibility and engagement Manage project documentation and reporting, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience in project management, with demonstrated success in e-commerce or digital business environments Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from conception to delivery Strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to prioritize effectively in dynamic environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities Experience with project management methodologies and tools Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in e-commerce, digital retail, or technology project management Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity Experience managing projects with technical and business stakeholders Demonstrated ability to drive results through influence and collaboration Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.
