What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the daily work activities of the State loan kit warehouse team in either dispatch and/or receiving areas.
  2. Create, monitor, and discuss development plans/objectives and training for staff in conjunction with Operations Manager
  3. Act as an escalation point for all unresolved issues and prevent recurrence by retraining and coaching the team where applicable.
  4. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve business efficiency or customer outcomes.
  5. Investigating kit issues and developing process improvements to eliminate future issues.
