What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver a world-class customer experience by enhancing responsiveness and accessibility for customers and real estate agents, while providing exceptional service.
  2. Support the end-to-end loan origination process — from pre-approval to closing — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional borrower experiences.
  3. Manage and follow up on mortgage leads to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  4. Complete a phased four-month learning plan that includes SAFE licensing prep, hands-on practice, and mentorship from experienced Loan Officers and Managers.
  5. Collaborate with teammates and leaders to identify process improvements and deliver outstanding results.

Skills

Required

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, and other relevant tools
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Comfortable working in-office full-time
